For your convenience, Adge Home Solutions accepts Cash and all major forms of digital payment. You can easily pay using Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), Debit Cards, and secure options like Apple Pay or Google Pay during online booking or upon service completion.
Please note: For a streamlined and secure process, we do not accept personal or business checks.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary. When you book an appointment with Adge Home Solutions, we reserve a specific time slot exclusively for your service. This policy helps us manage our team's schedule and ensures fair compensation for our professional cleaners.
1. Standard Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we require a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice prior to your scheduled cleaning time.
You can notify us by calling or texting (774) 732-3173 or by managing your booking online at adgehs.com.
2. Fees for Late Cancellation
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be subject to a fee:

24–48 Hours Notice: A late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be charged.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: A late cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total service cost will be charged.
3. Lockout/No-Show Policy
If our cleaning team arrives at your location and is unable to gain access to the property (e.g., forgotten key, incorrect access code, or client no-show), you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the total service cost. This fee covers the wages for our professionals and the cost of travel time.
4. Adjustments to Recurring Service
Clients on a weekly or bi-weekly recurring plan who frequently cancel or skip service may see their pricing adjusted to the next higher frequency tier (e.g., bi-weekly clients may be moved to the monthly rate) to reflect the increased time required between cleanings.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service you received, simply contact us within 24 hours of the service completion.
We promise to make it right:
We will return to your property within 2 business days to re-clean any specific areas of concern at absolutely no additional charge to you.
